Cancellation Policy
You must cancel the order within 24 hours to avoid 10% cancellation fee.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation
We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed your order. In this case, if you want to cancel your order. Please contact us via email with your order information and the reason for wanting to cancel your order. The customer service will reply and cancel the order for you.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We will take a video of your product prior to shipping.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unworn and provided with the original labels.
- Products are still in the original and undamaged box.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we will require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.
*Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
